"Rostov" hotel is one of the oldest in the city-so to say, "the identity card" of Rostov-on-Don. The building of the "Rostov" hotel was constructed in 1934-1936 in the style of constructivism, distinctive for the 30s.of the 20th century as per design of Rostov architects Cherkesian, Chalhushiyan and Eberg. Full relief of the front elevation "the Great Creation" was made up by Korolkov and Vuchetich. During the World War 2 the building was destroyed and reconstructed again in the 1965.
